What Is The President Of Algeria?

The Tripoli Program, which serve as Algeria's establishment when it won its war for sovereignty from France in 1962, recognized the President as the head of state with a Prime Minister secondary in the action of government. Internal political choreography resulted in a new establishment in 1963 that abolish the Prime Minister location and devolve all executive authority upon the place of work of the President.
